launch of its Beta2 variant, the Beta2-M specially developed for Military Vehicles. This
compact lightweight (2.5 kg) system provides all-round vision and
when combined with our Piranha
25 colour camera (x25 optical zoom) and Thermal Imager (8º
FOV) provides a very powerful electro-optic surveillance/combat
system at an affordable price.

Antenna Tracking

an example of a recent Antenna Positioning/Tracking System for up to 1.4m Antenna Dishes.
Typical applications are Satellite and UAV Datalinks.
Chess will be pleased to provide complete turn-key solutions for
UAV projects ie airborne, ground, tracking, scanning and positioning.

Chess also produce custom-made Motion and Simulator
platforms for test and development applications. The Motion
Platform produces Pitch and Yaw sinusoidal motion for testing
ship-based stabilised systems. Angular range set points
of up to ± 15º combined with a period range of 3-30
seconds in both axis simultaneously.

Expedition Global
Eagle is the worlds first attempt to fly around the world in an autogyro.
Global
Eagle departed in April 2004 and will take approximately three and
a half months to complete its journey. which will see the gyroplane visit
25 different countries.
Chess Dynamics are delighted to be part of this exciting event and to
have the opportunity to fully pilot our lightweight Piranha
Cameras. We have also been in a position to assist the Global
Eagle team financially with a significant donation which will be used
to fund flight preparations and essential aircraft maintenance.
We would like to take this opportunity to wish WO Barry Jones and all
his team good luck in their exciting and very demanding challenge.

September 2003 - DSEI Exhibition
Chess Dynamics were proud to present their capabilities
at the DSEi Exhibition held at London’s Excel Centre this year.
Chess joined companies from all over the world, displaying with companies
like BAE Systems and Thales.
The Dynamics
stand attracted many visitors who were impressed with our superb range
of products and professional, proactive image, which led to many encouraging
enquiries. The whole experience was very positive for Chess Dynamics and
succeeded in fully establishing our strong position as a prime defence
contractor.
