Reliability is fundamental to our business, we know how to design platforms and equipment for 24/7 operation, with little or no intervention. Many of our products exceed 20,000 hours MTBF with minimum service intervals. But eventually problems will occur, so customer training and good documentation is essential to identify, locate and fix faults quickly and efficiently.
