HQT satellite positioner Chess has designed and supplied production quantities of high accuracy lightweight two axis positioners for satellite secure communications for Thales and integrated into the HQT Tactical Manpack HQ Satellite communications systems used in action in rough terrain worldwide.

The HQT are high accuracy/high torque, antenna positioners capable of operation in extreme exposed environments, suitable for antenna diameters of up to 1.4 metres and mass of 19 kg whilst weighing only 10 kg.
