Chess Dynamics provides high performance automation solutions using innovative technology such as high-speed linear motors or micron-resolution optical encoders to enable rapid handling of tiny components quickly and accurately.

Our optical test handlers produce tens of thousands of micro cameras a day. Many automotive sensors used on vehicles today are assembled and tested on Chess high speed processing machines.

Prototyping

- Practical Concept Proving -

Chess Dynamics has invested in a number of prototyping CNC machines to quickly and efficiently turn concepts into reality. We are practical engineers and there is no substitute for handling and testing the real thing.

- Computer Aided Manufacture -

CAM allows us to send complex 3D CAD models directly to the CNC machining centre which reduces manufacturing time and controls costs during the prototyping phase.

- Rapid Prototyping -

Chess Dynamics use its own machining facility to accelerate the critical development of parts and mechanisms, rapidly enabling unique principles to be assessed and proved.
