Chess Dynamics, part of the Cohort plc Group, has announced the launch of OMEGA, its most powerful multi-purpose positioner to date. Designed to meet the growing demands of defence and security customers, OMEGA joins the company’s established portfolio alongside the combat-proven Cobra, Viper and IOTA systems.

OMEGA marks a significant leap in performance and resilience for mission-critical payload handling. Supporting payloads up to 500kg (½ tonne) it delivers increased torque, precision, and stability for large and complex sensor systems. This enables it to handle the heaviest and most complex sensor suites used in today’s multi-domain operations — including radar, multi-sensor pods, and long-range precision surveillance systems.
