Chess receives a Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme

We are pleased to announce that Chess Dynamics has received the Bronze Award from the Defence Employer Recognition Scheme (ERS) - run by the Ministry of Defence.
The ERS encourages employers to support defence and inspire others to do the same. As part of the award, we signed the Armed Forces Covenant, demonstrating our commitment to helping members of the armed forces community.

What is the Bronze Award?
The Bronze Award is given to employers who pledge their intention to support defence - and take a positive stance towards Reservists who are either existing or prospective employees.
Holders must pledge to support the armed forces, be open to employing reservists and veterans - and uphold the values of the Armed Forces Covenant.
We're thrilled to pledge our support to our armed forces and that our long-standing work within the defence sector is recognised with this award.
