Jeremy Wise joins Chess Dynamics as Customer Services and Support Manager

Chess Dynamics is pleased to announce the appointment of Jeremy Wise as its new Customer Services and Support (CSS) Manager - responsible for maintaining and improving existing service provisions as well as developing the structure, processes, and offerings to support the growth of the company.
With more than 30 years’ experience in the defence sector, Jeremy previously worked at L3Harris Commercial Aviation in Crawley, where he was responsible for building strong and trusted relationships with key customer accounts on a global scale to deliver an exceptional experience for his customers. He gained vast experience at the company in flight simulation and completed a long-term assignment to Eurofighter GmbH the Eurofighter training programme.
Before joining L3Harris, Jeremy worked at Thales for more than 20 years. Starting as Support Operations Manager in 1989 by 2008 he held the position of In-Service Support Manager, where he was responsible for the delivery and through-life maintenance of key strategic service level agreements to key customers worldwide and led a team of 30 employees.
