Chess Dynamics secures UK customer for SeaEagle Digital EOSS

Chess Dynamics has signed a contract for its latest generation SeaEagle Digital Electro-Optical Surveillance System (EOSS-D) with an undisclosed UK customer for a maritime application.

Marking a significant further step in the deployment for this passive surveillance and tracking capability, the contract was signed in May and will see the SeaEagle EOSS-D enter service in early 2026.

Building on the trusted and proven analogue SeaEagle EOSS-A, the digital EOSS-D provides enhanced, long-range surveillance and situational awareness for maritime environments.

The system’s advanced sensors provide higher quality imaging and detection at longer ranges to allow operators to better detect, identify and respond to potential threats. Added to this, the SeaEagle EOSS-D’s complete digital architecture allows ease of integration with other systems including modern combat management systems and secure networks.

The EOSS-D also integrates the company’s Vision4ce brand advanced CHARM and AI video tracking and target classification capability.
