Andy has over 20 years’ experience in both SME's and large primes with over 14 years of experience in senior leadership roles. His career highlights include positions at Honeywell, Rolls Royce and, following completion of his MBA, he was Operations Director at AGI Group and more recently General Manager at Aish Technologies (part of AGI Group) in Poole, Dorset.

In his new role at Chess, Andy will be responsible for the leadership of the Operations function including Quality Assurance, Export Compliance, Production, Security & HSE,  Test Engineering, Production Control and Supply Chain.
